Live-in services
Helping Hands Nurses provides a 24-hour care service in our client’s homes. We have a strong workforce of experienced, competent and trustworthy care workers, who genuinely love to care.
Care for the children
The services are tailored to the children individual needs. We have facilities to assess the individual needs of all the children.
Respite care
We provide respite care for family and non-paid carers to have breaks from their caring responsibilities while we take over for a short period.
Our respite care service is arranged to meet the individual needs of your loved ones. We also make sure that whatever is agreed suits you and the whole family.
Day care centre
The purpose of our day centres is to support our users to have the opportunity to meet with others within their locality or neighbourhoods, helping them to live a fulfilled life.
The children are given the opportunity to play and interact with other children; they are supported to enjoy what the other able children enjoy doing.
We provide day care services for children with social needs as well as child care services, pre-school services, schools pick up services and after school play groups. We work with the ‘Victory Day Care Centre’ in New Cross.
We supervise and support their nutritional needs to maintain a good healthy diet and good health, providing them with a balanced hot meal and a range of stimulating activities in a warm and cordial atmosphere.
End of life care and end of life therapy
We provide specialized home care services for Dementia care, patients at end of life care, Parkinson’s disease, stroke and respite care for the non-paid care workers or their relations.
Our priority is to make sure that whatever the medical problems our clients are going through, they deserve to live a meaningful and worthy life. All our staffs are competently trained to provide Dementia care and end of life care.
Recruitment
Helping Hands Nurses is a specialist recruitment agency for health and social care staffs. The standard of our recruitment and selection procedures ensure that we provide care staff of high quality.
We have a robust selection and recruitment process based on some specific standards used to systematically screen the applicants.
The qualifications and registration of all our nurses are verified and continuously monitored. All our care staffs are DBS checked and cleared before we place them.
